Terms & Conditions
Effective September 28, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use theanniedietz.com, join the email list, or buy any program, membership, or coaching from me. By purchasing or booking, you agree to them.
"I," "me," and "The Annie Dietz" mean One Four Three Happenings, LLC, doing business as the Annie Dietz, a Virginia business. "You" means the person using the site or buying an offer.
You must be 18 or older to buy any offer or book a session.
2. What coaching is, and what it is not
Coaching is a partnership focused on your goals, choices, and next steps. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and it does not diagnose or treat any mental or physical health condition. It is also not legal, financial, or tax advice.
If you are working with a therapist, doctor, or other professional, keep doing so. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
The Stress Reset and other materials share general education about stress and the nervous system. They are not a substitute for care from a qualified provider.
Your results depend on you. I bring structure, questions, and support; you make the decisions and do the work. I cannot promise any specific outcome.
3. Payments
Prices are listed on the site in US dollars at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by third parties (such as Wix, Stripe, or Flodesk). I never see or store your full card number.
If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to the full price of the offer, paid in installments. Every installment remains due even if you stop attending. If a payment fails, I may pause your access or sessions until it is resolved.
If you believe a charge is wrong, email me first so I can fix it quickly. Please do not file a chargeback without contacting me.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Sales are final once an offer has been delivered or has started. Before that, you have the options below.
-
The Stress Reset ($17). Digital, with instant access at purchase. All sales final.
-
Honest Hours ($325). Before it starts: full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the first session. Inside 14 days: no refund, but you may move your seat once to the next cohort at the price you paid. After it starts: no refund, and missed sessions are not refunded.
-
One-on-one coaching ($3,000, 12 sessions). Before it starts: full refund if you cancel before your first session. After it starts: no refund. Unused sessions are not refunded, and payment plan installments remain due.
-
Membership ($27/month). Cancel during the 14-day free trial and you are never charged. After that, cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the month you paid for. No partial-month refunds.
If I cancel. If I cancel a session or a cohort, you choose a make-up session or a refund for the part not delivered.
Life happens. One-on-one clients may pause once for up to 30 days for a serious life event. Your six-month window extends by the length of the pause.
Billing errors. A duplicate charge, or access I cannot fix, is always refunded.
5. Membership renewal
The membership renews automatically every month at $27, charged to the card you used at sign-up, until you cancel. If you start with the 14-day free trial, your first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
To cancel, log in and go to My Subscriptions, or email me and I will cancel it for you. Cancellation stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the current paid month.
If the price changes, I will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.
6. Sessions and scheduling
-
Rescheduling. One-on-one sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
-
Late cancellations and no-shows. Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or miss a session, and it counts as used.
-
Running late. If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time.
-
Expiration. One-on-one sessions are to be used within six months of your first session, plus any approved pause. Unused sessions expire.
-
Group sessions. Honest Hours meets on the scheduled dates. Missed group sessions are not made up individually.
-
Recordings. Group sessions may be recorded and shared only with that cohort. I will tell you before any recording starts.
7. Groups, community, and confidentiality
Group spaces work because people feel safe in them. By joining Honest Hours or the membership community, you agree to:
-
Keep what other members share private. Do not repeat, screenshot, or post it elsewhere.
-
Treat others with respect. No harassment, hateful language, or selling to other members without permission.
-
Share only content you have the right to share.
I may remove anyone who breaks these rules from a group or community. Removal for conduct is not refunded.
What you share with me one-on-one stays between us. The exceptions are when you give permission, when the law requires disclosure, or when I believe someone is at risk of serious harm.
8. My materials
Everything I create belongs to me: the site copy, the Stress Reset workbook and recording, the quiz, worksheets, videos, and the Notice, Name, Choose, Become framework. When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own growth.
You may not copy, resell, share logins, post the materials publicly, or use them to coach or teach others without my written permission. Sharing a quote with credit to The Annie Dietz is always welcome.
What you write or share in sessions and groups stays yours.
9. Limits of responsibility and governing law
The site and materials are provided as they are. I work to keep them accurate and available, but I do not promise they will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or opportunities, arising from the site or my services. My total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before it arose.
If we disagree, let's talk first. Email me and we will both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
10. Changes and contact
I may update these terms as my offers change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases made after that date; what you already bought follows the terms in place when you bought it.
