Stay steady.
For me, It's only been 24 hours since I hit send on last week's newsletter. By the time this hits your inbox, a week after I scheduled it, my guess is that things will have only multiplied. More headlines. More chaos. More urgency. The level of misinformation is compounding as emotions outrun discernment. I have caught myself running across a headline, fully absorbing it, feeling stressed over what I just read or heard, before pausing to ask: Is this even true? Speed amplifies everything. Including distortion. So I am asking myself: How am I staying anchored to my personal vision for 2026? How am I honoring my peace? Here is what I keep reminding myself: Not every acceleration deserves my response. Whether it is from the outside world, within my friend group, or inside my own family. Just because things speed up around me does not mean I am required to respond. The same is true internally. Not every thought deserves to be believed. Not every fear deserves to set the pace. Not every story deserves to become truth. Discernment is not just about the headlines. It is about the narrative running quietly in our own minds. I am choosing to stay steady. To reflect on my goals. To question what I absorb. To be kind and loving with myself instead of reactive. If you are feeling an internal pressure to move faster than your discernment allows, you are not alone. This is a familiar tension I support people through in my coaching work. If this resonates and you would like to explore what this looks like in your own life or business, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 30-minute clarity call with me. Next week, I'll share how I am structuring my own decisions in this faster season and what that looks like in real time.
