Honest Hours is here.
I have to say, I really enjoy writing this weekly blog. My goal of creating 52 consecutive messages in 2026 felt a bit daunting at the start of the year. The fact that I have built a Sunday morning ritual around posting these musings is not the outcome I expected at all. Looking back on May, I shared everything from my life hack confession, to the growth I felt standing amongst my peers at the ICF Summit: equal to, not less than them. Then the bunnies in my yard and the science of coherence, the leaning tree at the beach standing up to what's hard and how it builds character. Then last week, my mom's 80th birthday with all the people who showed up in the room. Thank you for reading along and thank you for writing me to share your thoughts. Your responses have shaped me more than you know. It is inspiring to know that something of what I am writing is resonating with you. Like all of us, between my quiet self care Sunday moments, I have been busy with all the other parts of life. For me that has been supporting the agents at Nest Realty as their Broker, the end of school year rush for my son, teaching him to drive, looking at apartments with my daughter, and the two of us negotiating who will drive him to his summer job. I am also busy holding coaching sessions with my private clients, and, as I have hinted a few times, creating my newest cohort: Honest Hours. Honest Hours is now open. It is an intimate cohort of five women meeting on Sundays for six weeks to take what they have been dreaming about and put it into motion, together. I love setting a goal and achieving it, and even more so, not knowing what will unfold from putting my ideas out there. I can't wait for this small group to begin. It is going to be a unique experience and not knowing what will come from it might just be my favorite part. What might unfold for you if you finally put your idea out into the world?
