One-on-One Coaching
Six months of focused, private work for the woman done circling a decision she's been sitting with and ready to dig in, in a safe and trusted space.
Nothing is broken.
It is not about fixing anything, because nothing is broken. It is about getting underneath the noise so that the clarity you already have inside of you has room to breathe. I support you in turning down the noise.
How we work
My approach is direct and warm. I listen closely, ask the questions to what lies just underneath your first answers, and reflect back what I hear without judgment. What feels like conversation is strategically working toward something bigger. My process is structured beneath the surface.
We meet every two weeks for six months. Between sessions you have me by email or voice note when something shifts and you want to say it out loud before it slips. Each session ends with one or two things you are going to do before we talk again, chosen by you, and we start the next one by looking at what happened. That loop is where the change lives.
Though the work may be deep, doesn't have to be heavy.
What changes
You hear yourself sooner. The pattern you've never noticed starts to show itself, you catch it in the moment, and begin to recognize how you would like to move forward.
You know what you are building and why. Not a mission statement. A clear enough picture of the your season that allows you to hear daily yeses and nos in front of you.
You keep it. The new way of deciding holds after our last session, because you built it, in your words, one practiced step at a time.
This is for you if
-
You are creative, motivated, and a slightly suspicious of polish.
-
You have the awareness. You are looking for action.
-
You have tried the book, the podcast, the group, and you are ready for one person to pay attention to just you.
-
You want to show up as yourself and stop doing the things that make you cringe and want to hide at home in bed.
What is included
-
Twelve private sessions over six months, sixty minutes each, every two weeks.
-
Your first session and your final integration session may run a little longer. We will talk about that on the Clarity Call.
-
Email and voice note support between sessions.
-
Your own written record of what you learn about how you work.
-
In person in Richmond, Virginia, or online.
Tools I reach for, depending on you
I don't believe in one size fits all in my coaching practice. That belief is no more true than in one-on-one coaching.
-
Notice, Name, Choose, Become. The four-step frame under everything we do. Notice the pattern, name it in your own words, choose differently, and practice until it is who you are.
-
The Stress Reset. When the nervous system is running the show, we start there. A short, structured way to come out of overdrive so the rest of the work can land.
-
Naming the voice. The one that talks you out of things. You will give it a name (mine is Captain Spiral), so you can hear it as a voice instead of the truth.
-
Notes from your future self. When the version of you who has already done this starts talking, we write it down. You read it back later as guidance.
-
The positive opposite. Taking a sentence you say about yourself and turning it toward where you are going.
-
Purpose and values work. What matters to you, what you are good at, what moves you. The foundation the rest stands on.
-
A picture of the next season. Where you are headed, said clearly enough that we can name the steps between here and there.
-
The between-session step. Each session ends with what you will do next, and the next one opens with what happened. This is how your particular way of succeeding shows itself.
-
Words of Wisdom. Everything you learn about how you work, written down as we go, so you leave with your own path, in your own words.
Investment
One-on-one coaching is $3,000 for twelve sessions over six months. Payment plans are available, and we will go through the details together on the Clarity Call. I list the investment here so you can decide whether this is an something you are comfortable comitting to ahead of our call.
Start with a conversation
A Clarity Call is thirty minutes, free, and there is no pitch. It is important to find the right coach for your situation
You talk, I listen, and we decide together whether one-on-one is the right next step, or whether one of the other ways to work together suits you better right now.
