I'm Annie Dietz, an entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in small business. I work with driven, creative people ready to explore how they show up across different areas of their lives, what drives it, and how one shapes another.
My approach is direct and warm. I listen closely, ask the questions to what lies just underneath your first answers, and reflect back what I hear without judgment.
My passion is helping clients realize they already hold the answers within themselves to change what is not working in their lives.
The Annie Dietz, my coaching practice, was born from the unlearning experience I had of shedding the unconscious habits that didn't serve me and stepping into who I truly am. I now enjoy helping others experience the same thing so they can show up authentically as The Truest Version of themselves.

Six weeks, five women, Sundays. An intimate group for driven, creative women ready to stop dreaming alone and put something into

Our coaching process is structured to deliver results. We follow the GROW model and strategic planning to create a customized coaching experience that addresses your specific needs and goals.
We begin each session by setting an agreement. My goal is supporting your clarity.
What feels merely like conversation is strategically working toward something bigger. My process is structured beneath the surface. In our work together you experience the shift
you need to break old habits and an awareness of how to stay in this new version of you long after our last session together.
