I used to say, “I think I can see the light at the end of this tunnel. Oh, wait, that’s just another train- F%$K!!! It is amazing how fast and slow eight years can roll by. I didn’t realize the journey that I was meant to take in this lifetime and I have to say I wouldn’t change it one bit because it landed me be where I am now with the amazing kids I have, the friends that brought joy back into my life, and with healed (healing) relationships. I genuinely feel I am doing what I was put on this earth to do, help lift up others to see that they have the strength to live their authentic lives. Time does amazing things, it tests us, bringing pain, laughter, happiness and healing. ? Tell me below if you can relate or if you’d rather not, know that I get it and I see you. ?

Then getting to network with my VA @icfheadquarters coaching crew hosted by @innerworkcenter then race off to support the awesome agents @nestrealtyrichmond. Throw in working out with friends, coaching, seeing my kids and rounding out my Friday with a reiki session with @thebell.garden. I’m feeling pretty darn lucky.

You’d think a realtor would know better than to skip water remediation during a renovation and hindsight would tell you you’d be right. We don’t always know or make the best decisions and we learn the hard (and soggy) way. Three floods later, I finally stopped trying to outsmart Mother Nature and started doing it right. COACHES NEED COACHES TOO! ?️Back in February of this year, my coach friend Mary Zahorsky of @zvisioncoach and I were finding ourselves struggling a bit after coming off of our October 2023 retreat. ?We felt like we weren’t reaching the goals that we had set for ourselves so we decided to become accountability partners and chose the app Marco Polo as our platform. ‼️It’s been NINE MONTHS of us corresponding DAILY lifting each other up. ⏰In that time, we have supported each other in far outpacing our goals. Among our achievements, Mary launches her Drift Less. Manifest More. retreat in magical Stockholm, WI on 11.14.24 and I’ve written a course called The Stress Reset that I will facilitate at the @innerworkcenter in Richmond, VA in 2025. ?Before all of that, we are headed to Spain for our 2024 @radiancepartners retreat in Madrid. ?‍♀️I love how our friendship has blossomed out of us supporting each other. We have discovered that we share a similar wanderlust. ⛰️So much so that ahead of the retreat we are meeting up to explore Spain. Mary heads to Lund, SE for a fairytale ball before checking out my favorite city, Copenhagen, DK and then picking me up in Granada, ES. ??I’m excited to bring you along on our adventure ?I’ve got 10 days to get my s@%t together. It’s about perspective and patience. Sorry to say, but not really, being perfect is total b.s and something no sane person should strive to be. Be honest with yourself and know when you’re having a crazy day and the best thing to do is give yourself grace that’s great! As long as you also recognize when maybe you’re slacking on your goals and step it up a bit. ?

Wow! this is a great example of trying out new software and having it NOT work! Building a business is hard work. Thanks a lot constant contact... for not much! All of this software that claims integration and shortcuts to make our lives easier... then it sends a hyperlink in Instagram!? Even I know that won't work ? You have to laugh I guess. This was supposed to publish a great article I wrote about some really great new professional experiences I have had recently, including a class I am facilitating through March with some amazing colleagues. Choosing to work on yourself is scary decision and such a rewarding one! Thanks for giving my cheesy metaphor a listen. I really have had some deep thoughts while weeding my garden and can’t help but recognize how it is similar to plucking away the thoughts that don’t serve me from my mind so I can make room for the more positive ones?

When I’m not on Zoom coaching clients in different states/countries, I just love seeing clients in my studio. My Life Purpose statement includes the Danish word ‘hygge’ it’s a feeling that can be difficult to explain. Here’s an example of how passionate I am to bring hygge to every encounter I have with others whether in person or online?️??‍♀️?

There are plenty of times that feel like we don't have control over what is happening in our lives. My response to a given situation IS MY CHOICE and in making my choice I am taking back control. These Words of Wisdom are the client's own experiences put into their words, as they apply to their personal situation. I am sharing one of my personal WOWs with you as a way to express that while we are all individuals, we aren't always alone in our thoughts and feelings.
